Mind-Body Energy Coaching

Supportive space created to assist in personalized energy management and education. Assists in promoting healthy outcomes, optimal functioning (mind, body, spirit), balance, increased energy levels, synchronization and alignment. Works best in combination with NPT and Reiki.
Integrative Nutrition, Education and Coaching

Integrative health employs evidence-based strategies and combines medical nutrition therapy with integrative and functional medicine principles to provide personalized counseling, education, and guidance for whole-foods-based diet and lifestyle recommendations, reducing disease risk and promoting individualized wellness.
Critical Care Distance Reiki
1 hour | $123
We approach this distance reiki by utilizing two advanced Usui Shiki Ryoho reiki practitioners who will work simultaneously to send reiki to yourself or a loved one during critical situations. Example: Someone going through the dying process, pre/during/post-surgical, the loss of a loved one, mental health crisis, physical health crisis, job loss, etc. Once completed, we'll send a summary of any pertinent information that came up during the session. This session does not require your presence but is equally as potent.
Medical Intuition

This session helps to identify root causes of energy blocks, limited functioning, and assists in the direction of clearing stagnation to increase the most optimal environment for healing and flow state within each energy chakra.
Nodal Point Therapy™

An intensive holistic treatment that utilizes a combination of reiki, high-frequency healing transmissions, medical intuition, and medium-lead nodal point balancing to create and restore harmonic patterning.
Medium Session

The readings are specific and detail oriented in nature, containing personal messages that cannot be guessed or looked up anywhere. These sessions are empowering and deeply healing with the intent to work for your highest good.
Non-Pharmacological Pain Management

Individuals are empowered with tools and strategies that assist in decreasing pain through non-pharmacological evidenced-based care such as functional nutrition, practical use of energy prioritization, gut microbiome education, energy field education, mindfulness, grounding techniques, reiki, and more.
