Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidenced-based game changer backed by over 30 years of research, not to mention its rooted in the ancient components of mindfulness practice!

Integrative Health Science Specialist, Courtney Orlando, MS, BSN, RN, RMT developed this unique energy harmonics program that allows participants to get present on purpose with 10 of the most potent energies and their counterparts. It is a journey for people of growth or for people that wish to expand past their limitations. It’s an opportunity to discover and improve your relationship with self…physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally.

Come engage in the art of conscious living. This program meets once per week and involves interactive teaching, guided mindfulness meditation, and group share.

The fee is only $555 for 10 weeks, meeting once per week, for an improved state of being like you have never known.
